A Count Up / Count Down Timer

This program is a simple PC-based timer application. It features:

• Large display for distant viewing
• Infinitely adjustable display size and shape
• All settings preserved between invocations

The controls for the timer (from left to right)

• Indicator: Red = Stop;  Green = Run;  Yellow = Split
• Start/Stop button - Starts and Stops the count
• Zero - Sets time to zero (even while running)
• Set - Jams preset value into time (even while running)
• Preset number - text box to enter preset value. 
  Program automatically corrects values like 90 seconds to 1:30
• Split - Suspends main display (while count continues)
• Blank - Disappears main display (while count continues)
• Local Display - Always shows timer value regardless of main display
• Up/Down Button - Selects counting up or down
• 6-digit/4-digit Button - Selects 6-digit or 4-digit display
• FG - Foreground (digits) color select
• BG - Background color select

Requirements:

• Microsoft Windows 95, 98, ME, NT, or 2000
